to know before you book.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and events, we recommend booking 2-4 months in advance — especially for peak season (May through October). That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Call or text us and we'll tell you what we have available.

What do you need for delivery?

We need a clear, level pathway of at least 12 feet wide and 14 feet tall for delivery. The trailer parking spot should be on firm ground (grass, gravel, or pavement — not mud). We'll talk through your specific site when you book.

Does the trailer need water or power hookups?

Standard trailers need a water source (garden hose hookup) and a standard 110V outlet. If your venue doesn't have these, we can add a water tank and generator to your rental — just mention it in your quote request.

How many stalls do I need?

A general rule: 1 stall per 50 guests for events under 3 hours. For longer events or receptions with open bars, go up one size. We'll help you figure out the right fit when we talk.

What's your cancellation policy?

A non-refundable deposit holds your date. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are subject to the full rental amount. We know things happen — reach out early and we'll always do what we can to work with you.

Do you service the trailer during the event?

Single-day rentals come fully stocked and ready — no mid-event service needed for most events. For multi-day or large festivals, we offer attended service as an add-on. Long-term job site rentals include scheduled pump-out and restocking.
